Any product you order is made by me in my studio. I aim to dispatch these within 3-4 days of receiving the order from you but please be patient during busier times such as Christmas, sales and product launches.
FREE delivery over £40.00.
Standard delivery is £3.95 for the UK and will be via the Royal Mail 2nd Class postage service. This normally takes 2-3 days from the day of dispatch.
I am not currently selling to countries out with the UK. This may change in the future.
Q: What if my order doesn’t arrive or is damaged?
I try incredibly hard to ensure your products are protected and wrapped with care and plenty of recycled packaging, however, occasionally things happen during transit which means your product arrives damaged. In the unlikely event this happens to you please just drop me an email at email@example.com and I will do everything I can to put things right.
If your order hasn’t shown up please also contact me at the same email address and again, I will look into this and do whatever I can to correct this.
I am sure you will love your North Kind products, however, you can return non-personalised products within 28 days in their original condition. I do not offer refunds for original delivery cost or return postage. Return postage must be paid for by the customer unless the item is faulty in which case The North Kind will cover costs.
Please get in touch via email within 28 days of purchase to arrange a return. Personalised products are non-returnable unless faulty. This obviously doesn’t affect any of your statutory rights. Please see our returns page for further information
